Premier Community Supports, LLC is seeking a County Manager to lead day-to-day operations of Community Living Support Programs in Seaside, OR. You will oversee onboarding for individuals and DSPs, support staff development, and serve as a key liaison with county partners, families, case managers, and community stakeholders.

This role blends leadership with hands-on support, focusing on program growth, compliance, scheduling, and responsive service delivery across in-home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication with individuals, families, staff, and community partners.
• Experience recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and leading care teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with accuracy and sound judgment.
• Experience managing documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with data systems, Microsoft Office, and standard software.
• Proactive problem-solving and calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding meetings for new individuals and DSPs.
• Ensure documentation (plans, safety, med records) is current and compliant.
• Coordinate scheduling and utilization to meet individuals’ needs.
• Represent Premier at community events and recruit for office roles.
• Monitor compliance and conduct monthly audits.
• Provide ongoing coaching and supervision to staff.
• Maintain office communications and administrative tasks.
