Job summary

Premier Community Supports LLC is seeking a County Manager to lead Community Living Support Programs across Clatsop County. You will guide onboarding for individuals and Direct Support Professionals, oversee staff development, and serve as a liaison with families, case managers, and county partners to ensure safe, person-centered care.

This role blends operational leadership with hands-on support, monitoring scheduling, documentation, compliance, and program growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams and coordinating program operations.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and mentor Direct Support Professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with families, staff, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily county operations and ensure service delivery aligns with program goals.
• Onboard individuals and DSPs, monitor scheduling and compliance.
• Develop staff through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Represent Premier at local community events and partnerships.
• Maintain records, audits, and risk management.
