Lutheran Community Services NW seeks a Prosperando Juntos Program Supervisor / Mental Health Clinician in Yamhill County, Oregon to lead clinical services and program operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, partner with community organizations, and ensure culturally responsive behavioral health care for families.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s in a relevant field, QMHP eligibility, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience in group facilitation, supervision, and data

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, MFT, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; degree must be obtained within 6 months if applicable.
• Oregon QMHP eligibility and licensure requirements.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency).
• Experience facilitating groups through work or internship is a plus.
• Program management or supervision skills highly desired.
• Knowledge of the mental health field and diverse communities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Prosperando Juntos program in collaboration with the Mental Health Management team.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Support planning, implementation, and continuous quality improvement aligned with priorities.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to staff and interns.
• Monitor program activities and contract deliverables for regulatory compliance.
• Support outreach to build trust and awareness of behavioral health resources among Latinx communities.
• Collaborate with partners to identify needs and strengthen access pathways.
