Job summary

ManhattanLife Insurance and Annuity Company is seeking an Insurance Sales Trainer (Bilingual) to design, develop, and deliver training programs for agents, brokers, and internal teams in English and Spanish. This role focuses on sales enablement, product education, and ongoing curriculum improvements.

The trainer will create scalable learning resources, monitor effectiveness, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to stay current with underwriting changes and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• At least 3 years of professional training, sales enablement, adult education, or instructional design experience.
• Experience in Life & Health insurance industry preferred.
• Experience independently building training programs from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, implement, and improve Life & Health product training programs.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual and in-person training for agents, brokers, and internal staff.
• Develop training that includes sales strategies, objection handling, and best practices.
• Create and maintain training materials (presentations, videos, job aids, guides, webinars).
• Manage training calendar and coordinate sessions; evaluate training effectiveness.
