Job summary

United Contractor Services, LLC is seeking a Safety Trainer to deliver bilingual safety training and on-site instruction for our crews and subcontractors across projects nationwide. The role involves coordinating with Safety Managers and field leadership, conducting jobsite safety orientations in English and Spanish, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Based out of our Kennesaw office, the position requires regular travel to jobsites across Georgia and nationwide,

Qualifications

• At least one year of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel regularly in-state and out-of-state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver jobsite safety orientations and toolbox talks in English and Spanish.
• Assist foremen and crews with JHAs and daily pre-task plans.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and document findings.
• Help manage hazards related to interiors work (dust, fall protection, scaffolds, lifts).
• Support incident and near-miss reporting and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Track training records and certifications for employees and subs.
• Coordinate with general contractor safety teams and attend safety meetings as needed.
• Organize safety workshops to foster a safety-first culture.
