Job summary

Royal Cabinets is seeking a high-impact, bilingual (Spanish/English) Financial Controller to lead finance across the U.S. and Mexico. The role emphasizes manufacturing accounting, cost control, and international consolidation, with advancement potential to CFO.

You will direct accounting, payroll, and billing; oversee monthly and annual reporting; and drive KPIs, controls, and ERP enhancements in a fast-growing company with a maquiladora footprint.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English; communicate with U.S. and Mexico teams.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in manufacturing or cross-border ops.
• Experience with maquiladora accounting, international consolidations, and Mexico reporting.
• Strong cost accounting, transfer pricing, and import/export compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations and accounting teams in the U.S. and Mexico.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including maquiladora consolidation.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for manufacturing ops.
• Oversee cost accounting, labor cost analysis, and standard costing models.
• Ensure IMMEX compliance, import/export policies, tariffs, and transfer pricing.
• Collaborate with operations to track KPIs tied to productivity and profitability.
• Strengthen internal controls, audits readiness, and financial accuracy.
• Lead ERP optimization and BI initiatives for data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate annual audits, inventory counts, and fixed assets management.
