Sonoran Sales Company LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced International Controller to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and cross-border coordination across its U.S. and Mexico operations.

This hands-on leadership role blends high-level financial strategy with detailed operational accounting, requiring experience in manufacturing or project-based environments and the ability to manage intercompany transactions, currency impacts, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Progressive accounting leadership experience (Controller/Accounting Manager).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with international or cross-border accounting preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing, inventory, cost accounting, or project-based businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and maintain accuracy/integrity of the general ledger.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting.
• Establish policies, procedures, documentation and internal controls.
• Oversee AP, AR, cash management, and banking activity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and cross-border accounting.
• Support consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external advisors on tax, audits, and regulatory matters.
