Personal Touch Home Care in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Bilingual Coordination Analyst to support daily coordination operations. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and is a full-time, in-person position.

You will collect and analyze data, develop KPI logs, and create training materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, compliance, and performance. This role emphasizes accuracy, cross-team communication, and ongoing process improvements.

JOB SUMMARY

The coordination Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the analysis and interpretation of data related to the daily Coordination operation. This position will work closely with coordinators, coordination management, and other departments to create reporting tools and trainings for coordination that will help with maintaining compliance responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and analyze data related to coordination daily operations.
• Develop and maintain logs or excel sheets to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create slides for coordination related trainings.
• Help with education and training of coordination staff.
• Analyze and identify trends as related to reports and KPIs monitored.
• Provide quality assurance and analytical support.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and solve problems.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze substantial amounts of data.
• Excel knowledge is needed.
• Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to explain processes and protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.
• Ability to see a task through its completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Is at least eighteen years of age.
• Minimum of high school education
• Prior experience in Home Health Care.

FUNCTIONAL ABILITIES

• Able to perceive and follow written instructions and document information accurately.
• Able to perceive, relay, and clearly communicate information.
• Able to verify accuracy of reports or trends for coordination department.
• Must be able to move about inside the office to access office machinery, files, etc. to be able to perform the above-listed responsibilities.
