Candidates should have 1 year of customer service experience, be fluent in Spanish, and possess at least 6 months in collections. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Must be bilingual in speaking Spanish.
• 6 months collections experience, a plus.
• High School/GED preferred.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative approach.
• Excels in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive sales techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications accurately and verify documents.
• Contact customers to arrange payments and extensions.
• Assist with loan processing and paperwork to stay compliant.
• Maintain loan records and enter data in software.
• Support branch operations in the manager's absence.
• Cross-sell ancillary products where appropriate.
