Emerson Zane is seeking a bilingual Safety Manager to lead construction-site safety across projects in White Marsh, Maryland. The role focuses on enforcing OSHA-compliant procedures, conducting inspections, and training crews in safe practices.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in construction safety, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will partner with project managers to embed safety into planning and respond to incidents with timely, corrective actions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction safety.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement safety policies per OSHA and best practices.
• Conduct regular safety inspections on construction sites.
• Train employees on safety procedures.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; propose preventive actions.
• Maintain records of incidents, inspections, and training.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into plans.
• Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Manage safety equipment and supplies.
