Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Cypress, TX is seeking a Project Safety Coordinator to manage safety and health administration across the project. You will work with construction directors, enforce OSHA standards, and ensure effective safety programs on site while communicating with diverse teams in English and Spanish.

The role requires hands-on safety leadership, incident investigations, and training, with travel as needed to project locations. Strong computer literacy and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction with safety responsibilities
• Experience with self-performing work in excavation, concrete
• First Aid/CPR/AED trained
• Root cause investigations and safety reporting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and HSE standards.
• Administer safety program requirements for the project and owner.
• Develop on-site safety programs as required.
• Perform site audits for unsafe practices and recommend corrections.
• Represent the company in project meetings and client interfaces.
• Report workers' comp claims and administer WC processes.
• Participate in safety programs and trainings.
• Maintain Hazard Communication documentation and training records.
• Assist in Hazard Analysis documentation.
• Provide First Aid/CPR/AED when needed.
• Attend site meetings and share knowledge with the team.
• Supervise others such as a Project Safety Assistant when needed.
