Responsibilities

• Lead site safety operations and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, client requirements, and safety standards.
• Identify workplace hazards, assess risk, and implement corrective actions.
• Exercise stop-work authority when conditions present safety risks.
• Oversee safety programs, inspections, audits, and emergency plans.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and monitor PPE and safe work practices.
• Lead safety orientations, trainings, toolbox talks, and safety communications.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses; maintain OSHA records.
