Job summary

This full-time role requires conducting jobsite inspections, enhancing staff safety training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, at least three years of relevant experience, and an OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and candidates with OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer certification will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Minimum of 3 years safety experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with safety principles and techniques essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the project safety program.
• Conduct jobsite orientations for new project employees.
• Document pre‑planning safety meetings with subcontractors.
• Maintain a log of subcontractor toolbox safety meetings.
• Conduct daily and weekly jobsite inspections.
