Job summary

Cadence McShane Construction Company is seeking a Safety Coordinator to champion EHS compliance across our construction projects in Plano, TX. You will lead on-site safety programs, conduct training, audits, and incident investigations, and maintain documentation while promoting a strong safety culture.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in occupational safety and health and 4+ years in construction safety, with Spanish bilingualism preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or related field.
• 4+ years of construction safety experience.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Full-time, in-person role at assigned jobsite or office.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License not required here but work eligibility in the U.S. is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS programs to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Conduct safety training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
• Partner with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and monitor changes affecting project operations.
