Job summary

Quick USA Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial remodeling projects from initial client contact through construction in New York.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role requires bilingual Japanese/English communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with construction teams both in Japan and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-3 years of project management experience preferred.
• Licensed real estate broker or broker candidate in any state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead external construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings virtually or in-person to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and specifications.
• Monitor projects and KPI data; coordinate with stakeholders in Japan and on-site in the United States.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain clear client communication, provide regular updates, and report to the Japan project team.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Perform virtual final inspections and confirm project satisfaction before closure.
• Develop and apply EPC framework across product lines and markets.
