Qualifications

• 3–5 years advertising agency account management or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal partners to gather project requirements and manage execution.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and timelines; monitor progress and status.
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and external vendors; ensure brand and legal standards.
• Create and maintain owner communications in Japanese; support translation and localization.
