Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls for construction and renovation sales, schedule appointments, send proposals, and follow up with customers.
• Oversee current project customer inquiries and progress, including permit approvals.
• Coordinate with project management team to align schedules and material deliveries.
• Prepare proposals and assist with accurate job costing and change orders.
• Ensure customers sign proposals, contracts, and related forms; enter orders into systems.
