Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to provide on-site management for industrial projects at client facilities across various project types. You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of 10 years in industrial construction management, an Associate’s degree (or equivalent), and OSHA 10 certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent technical experience in related field.
• 10+ years of industrial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10, 1926 training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote, support, and monitor safety policies on site.
• Serve as primary technical contact with client and internal teams.
• Travel to be full-time on-site at client facilities.
• Oversee Design Build and turnkey installation projects; ensure quality installations.
• Maintain construction schedules with engineering, trades, vendors, and client.
• Lead trades to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule execution.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues independently.
• Coordinate resolution of technical/design issues with engineering teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget change with project manager.
• Provide input during constructability reviews.
• Keep stakeholders informed with daily site activity reports.
