FBi Buildings is hiring bilingual construction crew members to join field teams across Winamac, Rochester, Logansport and surrounding areas. Role requires strong English/Spanish communication and hands-on construction experience, with competitive pay and year-round work.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Construction, carpentry, framing, or related hands-on experience.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to learn the company’s construction methods and processes.
• Ability to travel to regional jobsites and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Construct post-frame, agricultural, commercial, and wood-framed buildings.
• Perform general carpentry and framing tasks.
• Install posts, trusses, framing components, metal roofing, and siding.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow construction plans, blueprints, and Foreman directions.
• Maintain an organized, productive jobsite and safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Travel to regional jobsites as needed.
