Job summary

Wenger Construction is seeking a skilled Bilingual Siding Foreman to lead a crew in Southern Wisconsin. You will act as the on-site leader, coordinating schedules, reading blueprints, and communicating with the Project Manager to keep jobs on track.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required to guide installers and ensure clear safety practices. The role offers full-time, year-round work primarily in Southern Wisconsin, with competitive pay based on experience and a focus on mentorship and crew

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required (written and verbal).
• Prior crew lead or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read detailed blueprints and specifications.
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily installation work for a siding crew on commercial sites.
• Assign tasks, oversee workflow, and monitor productivity.
• Read blueprints and specs to ensure accurate installation.
• Train and mentor installers to develop skills on the crew.
• Communicate instructions and safety procedures in English and Spanish.
