FBi Buildings is hiring experienced Framing Carpenters / Construction Crew Members for projects in Franklin Grove, Rochelle, Oregon, Dixon, and surrounding Northern Illinois area. If you have framing, carpentry, post-frame construction, agricultural or residential construction experience, we want to hear from you.

Join a team that values hands-on workmanship, year-round work, and opportunities to advance from Crew Member to Foreman or Superintendent.

Competenze

• Experience in framing, carpentry, post-frame construction, or related construction work.
• Ability to work with hands and take pride in completed projects.
• Experience across residential, agricultural, and commercial construction is a plus.

Mansioni

• Construct post-frame, agricultural, commercial, and wood-framed buildings alongside a crew.
• Collaborate with foremen to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain basic tools and equipment required for framing tasks.
