Job summary

Weekday 1 in Nebraska, United States is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Concrete Operations Superintendent to lead field operations for a well-established concrete construction business. This is a high-ownership leadership role for an experienced Superintendent or a strong Foreman ready to step up.

You will oversee multiple projects, develop Foremen and crews, improve scheduling and communication, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading concrete construction crews.
• Experience as a Concrete Superintendent, Senior Foreman, or equivalent field leadership.
• Strong scheduling, manpower planning, and jobsite coordination.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple active concrete construction projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Foremen, crew leaders, and field teams.
• Prepare and communicate weekly work schedules and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project logistics.
• Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and job costs.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Serve as a key field contact for customers and resolve project-related concerns.
• Identify issues early to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Improve communication between field and office teams.
• Develop future Foremen and leadership capabilities.
