Weekday AI's client is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Concrete Operations Superintendent to lead field operations in Nebraska. The role requires ownership of multiple projects, developing Foremen and crews, and improving scheduling, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading concrete construction crews.
• Experience as a Concrete Superintendent or Senior Foreman.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple active concrete construction projects.
• Mentor Foremen, crew leaders, and field teams.
• Prepare and communicate weekly work schedules and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and logistics.
• Monitor productivity, progress, and job costs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
• Serve as field point of contact with customers and resolve issues.
• Improve field-office communication and operations.
• Develop future Foremen and leadership in crews.
• Implement and refine scheduling systems and field procedures.
• Gradually own day-to-day field operations.
