Weekday AI is seeking a highly experienced Bilingual Concrete Operations Superintendent to lead field operations in Nebraska. You will oversee multiple projects, mentor Foremen and crews, and improve scheduling and systems while coordinating with senior leadership to drive growth.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, travel as needed, and a high-ownership leadership stance to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading concrete construction crews and managing multiple projects.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple active concrete construction projects.
• Mentor Foremen, crew leaders, and field teams.
• Prepare and communicate weekly work schedules and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project logistics.
• Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and job costs.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Serve as a key field contact for customers and resolve concerns.
• Identify and address potential issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
