Weekday AI (YC W21) is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Concrete Operations Superintendent to lead field operations for a well-established concrete construction business in Nebraska. The role requires strong leadership to oversee multiple projects, develop foremen, and improve scheduling and safety.

Travel will be required within a 300-350 mile radius, with lodging provided and per diem. Base salary ranges from $95,000 to $100,000, plus a $10,000-$20,000 bonus, for total earnings of

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading concrete construction crews and managing multiple projects.
• Experience as a Concrete Superintendent, Senior Foreman, or equivalent field leadership position.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple active concrete construction projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Foremen, crew leaders, and field teams.
• Prepare and communicate weekly work schedules and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project logistics.
• Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and job costs.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Serve as a key field contact for customers and resolve project-related concerns.
• Identify and address potential issues before they result in delays or cost overruns.
• Improve communication and coordination between field and office teams.
• Develop future Foremen and strengthen the leadership capabilities of field crews.
• Implement and improve operational processes, scheduling systems, and field procedures.
