Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Houston is seeking a Compliance Manager for a nightly shift. You will own service quality after dark, visiting 4-5 client buildings each night to audit the scope and ensure every area meets the standard before you leave.

Crews are independent contractors, so you lead through coaching and relationships rather than pressure. You will coach crews, verify scopes, and detail hard-to-reach areas to ensure every site shines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience, janitorial strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations.
• Skill leading and influencing crews through relationships, not force.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.
• Strong written and verbal Spanish & English skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit 4 to 5 buildings mid or end of clean for final walkthroughs
• Audit each scope of work and verify hot spots are spotless
• Coach contractor crews on the City Wide team cleaning process
• Detail hard-to-reach areas yourself so every site shines
• Submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients

Compensation:

Base Salary, Auto Allowance

Target OTE $45,000
