Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Compliance Manager for night shifts in Houston, TX. You will drive quality by visiting client buildings, auditing scopes, and coaching independent contractor crews to meet standards.

You will lead through relationships and communication, not pressure. You must have hands-on janitorial experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and tools, and bilingual English/Spanish skills to coordinate with diverse sites.

Do you have experience in building maintenance, janitorial or similar industries? Do you have strong management experience and good communication skills? Are you seeking a full-time evening shift position? If you answered yes, consider this great opportunity with City Wide!

As Compliance Manager with City Wide Facility Solutions, you own service quality after dark. You visit 4 to 5 client buildings each night, audit the crew's work against the scope, and make sure every area meets the standard before you leave. The crews are independent contractors, so you lead through coaching and relationships, not pressure. When you've worked a site, it gets a perfect result.

What your night looks like:

• Visit 4 to 5 buildings mid or end of clean for final walkthroughs.
• Audit each scope of work and verify hot spots are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on the City Wide team cleaning process.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas yourself so every site shines.
• Submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients.

What You Need:

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience, janitorial strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations.
• Skill leading and influencing crews through relationships, not force.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.
• Strong written and verbal Spanish & English skills.

What Sets You Apart:

• Janitorial workloading and labor-planning experience for new accounts.
• Comfort operating floor machines like auto scrubbers.
• Basic handyman skills, such as mounting wall dispensers.
• Experience supervising custodial, EVS, or cleaning teams.

Compensation:

Base Salary, Auto Allowance

Target OTE $45,000
