City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Part Time Janitorial Compliance Night Manager to assist with contract compliance and manage Independent Contractors. The role includes evening site visits and reviewing client contracts to ensure work meets expectations.

The Night Manager will drive in a local territory, perform inspections, address complaints, and coordinate with the Facility Services Manager. Fluency in a non-English language (Spanish/Portuguese preferred) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken in a non-English language (Spanish/Portuguese preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent required for janitorial field work.
• Reliable transportation with active driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook for communication.
• Two-week daytime training before starting the evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to verify compliance with scope of work and policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with Independent Contractors by aligning with client priorities and finding solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing attention, including nightly recap via email or phone.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and approved cleaning tools and equipment.
• Other duties as necessary.

We are seeking a Part Time Janitorial Compliance Night Manager (Night Manager) to join our team! The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met.

Essential Functions:

• Perform Client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new Client starts to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs) by communicating client priorities and collaborating to find solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use
• Other duties as necessary

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken skills in a non-English language (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred)
• High School diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
• Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
• Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email
• Must be available for a two-week daytime training period prior to starting the evening shift role
