Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to learn federal, state, and local cemetery/funeral regulations.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese, Tagalog or Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with community organizations and groups.
• Schedule and conduct educational preplanning seminars in alignment with program.
• Set appointments and guide families through preplanning options and presentations.
• Provide professional park tours and first-class service.
• Prospect daily through seminars, leads, events, and outreach; track activity in CRM.
• Schedule 10–12 qualified pre-need appointments per week and manage paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries with consistent, professional follow-up; maintain documentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies; stay informed on veteran benefits.
