Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) is seeking a Bilingual Community Health Educator for a full-time remote role based in Philadelphia, PA. The Educator will deliver engaging, evidence-based education on puberty, reproductive health, relationships, and wellness to youth and older adults in school and community settings.

Responsibilities include virtual and in-person programming, data collection, surveys, and reporting, with travel across several PA counties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Social Work, Community Health Education, Public Health, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Two+ years experience facilitating groups, workshops, or community outreach.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide interactive, evidence-based sexual and reproductive health education to youth ages 13-18.
• Lead community-based education sessions on puberty and adolescent development.
• Deliver programming virtually and in person to youth in care settings and schools.
• Facilitate discussions to support healthy decision-making and goal setting.
• Recruit program participants and connect them to reproductive health services.
