Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and driving experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruitment and enrollment of pregnant women and families into the EHS program.
• Supports tracking systems for enrollment and attendance.
• Monitors child/parent participation and helps families meet EHS requirements.
• Conducts daily visits to partner sites to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Maintains case records and data in Child Plus as required.
