Maternity Care Coalition is seeking a Parent Engagement Associate/Center-based Case Manager in Philadelphia, PA. You will work directly with families enrolled in EHS services at MCC centers and partner sites, leading recruitment and enrollment into the program and supporting families to meet their goals.

You will collaborate with Coordinators, Site Supervisors and teaching staff to promote child attendance, parent involvement, and completion of EHS health and education requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
• Residence in the community being served or knowledge of it.

Responsabilités

• Assists the FCE Coordinator in administering services under Family and Community Engagement.
• Maintains tracking systems for enrollment, attendance and other deliverables.
• Monitors data and ensures program meets Head Start Performance Standards.
• Prepares parent newsletters and reports monthly.
• Uses Child Plus to monitor attendance and EHS requirements.
• Conducts daily visits to partner sites to monitor attendance.
• Coordinates meetings for Parents, Parent Committee and Policy Council.
