Kintegra Health in Lexington, NC seeks a Bilingual Community Resource Advocate to assist patients with Medicaid expansion, ACA enrollment, and charity programs. The role supports outreach, referrals, and education, coordinating with regional agencies and elected officials.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), medical-office experience, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Strong communication, confidentiality, and event planning skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of medical office software and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to plan and facilitate community outreach events.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to community members, patients and staff.
• Explain program requirements and assist enrollment and referrals.
• Uphold program guidelines for Medicaid Expansion, Medicare, ACA insurance.
• Coordinate outreach events and maintain relationships with partners.
• Document activities in MAC, Connector, TPC and other systems.
• Recruit volunteers to support SHIIP and SOAR services.
• Maintain confidentiality and effective communication across teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
