Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English and Bosnian is essential.
• Experience coordinating programs and partners is preferred.
• Ability to create and manage budgets and complex documents.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement an annual Connected Communities plan for the property.
• Coordinate resources to address six key outcomes: housing stability, employment, economic mobility, education, health, and engagement.
• Manage the community budget and track progress with managers.
• Build relationships with local service providers and resident leaders.
• Provide direct assistance, referrals, and coaching as needed.
• Maintain MOUs with third parties and manage data accurately.
