Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support our commercial sales and service operations. You will drive WOW customer service, assist with product selection, order management, and on-time deliveries while coordinating logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, experience in billing/inventory/delivery processes, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and growth opportunities abound within the department.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company procedures
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality
• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition
• Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety
• Manage battery consignments and perform weekly stock checks
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to policy
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members
