Job summary

JJH Auto Body in Salt Lake City is seeking an Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers and keep the front office running smoothly. You will greet clients, schedule drop-offs/pickups, and relay repair updates throughout the process.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with CCC ONE and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth opportunities within a respected collision repair

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a collision repair shop or automotive service office preferred
• Experience using CCC ONE management software strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Competitive hourly pay ($16.00–$20.00/hour)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Check customers in and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
• Communicate repair updates to customers throughout the repair process
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the production team
• Create, update, and manage repair orders using CCC ONE
• Match invoices and receipts to repair orders and maintain accurate records
• Process customer payments and assist with basic office accounting tasks
• File and organize repair documentation and insurance paperwork
• Assist with administrative tasks to support daily shop operations
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
