Job summary

CAPITAL Services in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring Onsite Collections Representatives and Bilingual Collections Representatives for regular full-time roles. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend work, with a starting wage of $17/hr and a 15% Spanish differential bringing the rate to $19.55/hr, plus monthly incentives.

You will undergo a full-time, paid 4-week training designed to set you up for success, with hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and mentorship.
