Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum two years of collections, customer service, sales or customer solutions advocacy experience.
• Proficient oral, written, and intrapersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with external and internal customers.
• Ability to work in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes department strategy to review solutions using English and Spanish on early and/or later stage delinquent accounts.
• Performs skip tracing, reviews credit bureau information, bank statements, applications, and vendor services to assist data interpretation.
• Completes projects using business tools such as ACE, CACS, BRAVO, CCLM, Amtrac and Excel.
• Recommends actions for early and later stage accounts with leadership assistance.
• Utilizes loss mitigation solutions to reduce losses and promote continued business.
