Affordable Rent To Own, Inc. is seeking a Collections Manager/Account Manager to handle extensive customer contacts by phone or in person, renew rental agreements and manage accounts.

The role includes sales of furniture, appliances and electronics, driving company vehicles, and occasional merchandise pickup. Compelling benefits and bonuses accompany a typical 45–50 hour workweek, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 1 year (preferred) experience in sales, collections or customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Collections: extensive contact with customers by phone or in person to renew rental agreements.
• Drive company vehicles (Valid driver’s license and min 23 years old).
• Pickup merchandise from customer homes if not able to pay.
• Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise.
• Service calls: troubleshoot rental merchandise, deliver loaners as needed.
• Load and unload freight trucks.
• Sales: furniture, appliances, electronics.
• Other duties as directed by management.
