Thompson Law, a growing personal injury firm in Texas, seeks a Closing Legal Assistant to guide clients through the final stages of their cases with a blend of operational and client-service duties.

Responsibilities include coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders to ensure smooth settlements and timely payments, while maintaining strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (read, write and speak).
• 2+ years of recent employment.
• Preferred: 1+ years in Customer Service, Client Services, or Hospitality.
• Strong Excel understanding.
• Outgoing and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and paralegals to craft settlements that are fair and beneficial.
• Primary contact for insurance adjusters to expedite payments.
• Coordinate with medical providers and lien holders to settle bills for clients.
• Maintain ongoing client communication with updates and positive closure experience.
• Assist in obtaining social media reviews and client recommendations.
