Job summary

Gables Search Group in Connecticut is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join a clinical team. This role provides a full range of behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Social Work or related field, CT independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent), 1–5 years of experience, and bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health discipline.
• 1–5 years of professional behavioral health experience.
• Connecticut independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent).
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Conduct behavioral health intakes and complete clinical assessments.
• Maintain an active caseload while meeting productivity standards.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Make referrals and coordinate care with other providers and agencies.
