Job summary

CommuniCare is seeking a Bilingual Clinician to advance culturally competent behavioral health care for Latino communities in Connecticut. This full-time role supports monolingual Spanish-speaking clients through clinical assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, and community-based services across our partner sites.

Candidates must reside in Connecticut, hold a Master’s in Social Work and CT LCSW licensure with at least two years of experience, and be fluent in English and Spanish to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and CT LCSW licensure with minimum two years' clinical experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish to provide bilingual clinical services.
• Experience with culturally diverse populations, especially Latino communities.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, care coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy in community-based and partner settings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with clients, families, and providers.
• Serve as liaison among clients, families, treatment teams, and community resources.
• Provide supervision and scheduling oversight for the Bilingual Community Health Worker.
• Support program development, workflow improvement, and performance monitoring with leadership.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and compliance with agency/regulatory requirements.
