We’re Hiring: Bilingual Clinical Support Specialist

This full-time, remote role impacts underserved populations by triaging, delegating, assessing risks, and closing care gaps. Responsibilities include contacting individuals with abnormal vital signs, assessing health needs, and documenting interactions. Occasional travel to Columbia, MD, up to four times per year may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Immediate Outreach: Contact members promptly regarding abnormal vital signs.
  2. Mobile Care Management: Assist members with mobile care devices.
  3. Risk Identification: Communicate risks and educate members on device ranges.
  4. Health Education: Educate on symptoms and when to seek emergency care.
  5. Resource Maximization: Help members access available resources.
  6. Team Collaboration: Support care team efforts, including health coaches and support staff.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Active RN license
  • 1-3 years in critical care
  • Knowledge of chronic disease management
  • Proficient with technology
  • Effective remote communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • ER experience
  • Experience with diverse populations
  • Medicaid/Medicare knowledge
  • Telephonic outreach experience
  • Motivational Interviewing familiarity
  • Care coordination or case management experience
  • HEDIS/NCQA standards knowledge
  • Spanish fluency (preferred but not required)
Location Preference

Priority given to candidates in Florida, Illinois, and Kentucky. This role is remote.
