What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide product education, training, and support for patients primarily via telephone or video conference
- Respond to inbound calls or emails for escalated technical and clinical support within one business day
- Conduct virtual educational classes and pump training sessions for patients and healthcare professionals
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and collaborate with the field clinical team as needed
- Identify potential health and safety issues with products and follow internal notification procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in diabetes self-management skills and experience with insulin pumps and related equipment
- Ability to coach customers effectively and resolve product-related issues
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
- Must be Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or eligible
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RN, RD, RPh, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Experience presenting educational material using various technologies
