Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a bilingual Clinical Supervisor to join the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC).

The role oversees staff serving children, youth, and families in facility and community settings, delivering evidence-based, culturally competent care. The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, valid MA professional license (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT), and bilingual Spanish/English abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (e.g.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).
• Experience working with youth with severe mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions.
• Ensure the individual is at the center of care, with interventions tailored to their preferences and goals.
• Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
• Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviors.
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms, responses to interventions, and ensure all treatment plans involve the individual in planning.

Eliot is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Clinical Supervisor to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults.

In response to the high demand for services from Spanish-speaking/Latino clients, the Lynn CBHC has taken the initiative to form a specialized team of Spanish-speaking/Latino providers. Equipo Renacer has mission is to offer high-quality, culturally and linguistically competent mental health and substance use support, while respecting and valuing the cultural diversity and unique experiences of each individual. We are deeply committed to eliminating the cultural and linguistic barriers that often limit access to mental health services by providing person- and family-centered solutions.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee staff serving children/youth and families in facility and community settings. Supervision will entail side‑by‑side interventions, encouraging evidence-based treatment and support.

Annual Salary: $85,000 USD - $90,000 USD
