EMPACT-SPC is seeking Clinical Service Liaisons in Tempe or Glendale to provide direct service, crisis intervention, and education to families. The role involves referrals to community services and maintaining accurate client records per state guidelines.

Qualified candidates have a behavioral health background, Driver's license, fingerprint clearance, and are 21+ with reliable transportation. Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health related field preferred or meet BHT requirements.
• Behavioral health experience required.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Knowledge of CFT process and Arizona children's services.
• Flexibility, problem-solving, and creative approach to service delivery.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one.
• AZ driver license with no major infractions in past 3 years.
• Regular access to reliable transportation.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct service, crisis intervention, support, transportation, and education to families and individuals.
• Make referrals to collaborating partners and other community services as needed.
• Deliver quality service with clinical care and document all client records per policies.
• Maintain client records in accordance with Arizona Vision and 12 Principles.
