The position requires a Bachelor’s in healthcare or related field, GCP certification, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Master’s degree preferred; experience in clinical research is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, biosciences, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• GCP certification required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish — written and spoken is required.
• Experience in clinical research and basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review SOC patients to identify potential trial eligibility.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, social media, and sponsor portals.
• Enter subject data in the electronic trial management system.
• Pre-screen and conduct in-person interviews to assess eligibility.
• Meet enrollment goals by recruiting new subjects into trials.
• Schedule participant visits and maintain accurate records.
