Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research experience with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
• Experience in budget negotiation and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical research staff and operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure GCP compliance.
• Interface with sponsors and CROs during feasibility and study start-up.
• Ensure recruitment goals, timelines, and budget targets are met.
• Monitor quality metrics, audits, and CAPA plans.
• Direct all site operations.
