Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a recruitment specialist for the All of Us Research Program, a two-year project. The incumbent will engage, recruit, enroll, and retain participants across Orange County, communicating in English and Spanish by in-person, phone, email, or text.

You will assist with consents, surveys, and retention activities, perform data entry, and collaborate with a team to coordinate participant visits. Flexibility and travel between clinics are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• California Phlebotomy License (e.g., CPT I) required.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities within a University setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic internet search skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of health-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and retain participants for All of Us in Orange County.
• Communicate with participants via in-person, phone, email, and text.
• Assist with consents, enrollment surveys, and retention activities.
• Perform data entry for each participant and provide reports to supervisor.
• Spend ~50% of time on recruitment and ~50% on participant support activities.
