Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical trial coordination and patient visit scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent documentation and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits per protocol.
• Conduct clinical tasks such as vital signs and phlebotomy.
• Ensure informed consent is properly obtained.
• Educate participants and ensure positive patient experience.
• Monitor safety, report adverse events.
• Complete source documentation and EDC data entry.
• Resolve data queries and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain investigational product accountability and storage handling.
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with site staff and investigators for protocol adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
